This is a quick, original, and easy Father's Day craft that even the youngest children can create! Dad will need to remove the lovely clothespin to see the heart transform into a flower and discover the hidden message of love.

How to make this craft step-by-step:
Materials
To make a heart-shaped shirt card you need:
- print the card template (click on "Technical sheet below the main photo")
- colored A4 paper (130 g/m²)
- a self-adhesive bow tie
- a wooden clothespin (size: 4.5 cm)
- rubber adhesive letters
- acrylic buttons
- a pair of scissors
- a tube of strong white glue
Step 1
Print the card template (see "Technical Data Sheet") on A4 colored paper (130 g/m²) and then cut along the marked lines.
Step 2
Fold the card along the dotted lines (3 folds to make).
Step 3
Fold the 2 sides inward as shown in the picture opposite...
Step 4
... to obtain the shape of the heart!
Step 5
Open the card and write a message for Father's Day using rubber adhesive letters.
Step 6
Glue a decorative bow tie onto a 4.5 cm wooden clothespin. This clothespin will be used to keep the card closed.
Step 7
Close the card using the 'bow tie' clip and then glue 2 buttons below the bow.
